How to grow yourself despite lack of support
’Tis the season to set up yearly goals. Everybody is doing it. All my friends are doing it. I went to the gym this morning and saw some new faces. Even the people at the gym are setting up fitness goals. Going back to my friends…
A friend was setting up his yearly goals last week; he was also setting up his self growth goals. I love people who set goals to grow themselves professionally. My friend was listing the conferences, classes and seminars he should attend in 2017 to grow his skills. He was also assuming that his employers or clients will pay for these classes and seminars. This month, I share strategies and tips to keep growing even if your employers don’t support it. To read the post, please follow this link to Dan Black’s Leadership site.
